About
The
Short Version
Soul singer and songwriter. Sixteen self-released records since 2017, written and recorded around the rest of a working life.
How it
Started
Josephus has been releasing music on his own terms since 2017 — no label, no campaign, no album cycle. One record at a time, put out when it was ready.
The songs are soul-rooted and unhurried: honest lyrics, warm guitars, and a voice that tells the truth slowly. The point was never a release schedule. It was to finish the song properly.
